(WNY News Now) After a court-ordered appearance, Nathan C. Bilby of Olean, NY, was arrested on October 9, 2024, at 4:09 p.m. A warrant issued by the Town of Little Valley Court served as the basis for the arrest. Bilby is charged under New York Penal Law 130.65 (First Degree Sexual Abuse) and 130.52 (Forcible Touching), according to Sheriff Eric A. Butler.
Bilby was then arraigned in the Town of Little Valley Court before Judge Wrona. He was freed on his own recognizance without bond despite the seriousness of the allegations. The accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, just like everyone else who is accused of a crime.
