In separate lawsuits filed Thursday, three men accused Sean Diddy Combs of sexual assault and rape. They claim the rap mogul assaulted them while they were unconscious after giving them tampered beverages.
Attorney Thomas Giuffra filed the anonymous cases in the New York State Supreme Court, citing events that occurred between 2019 and 2022. They all claim that Combs sexually abused and raped them.
One of the men, who had worked for Combs for a long time, told NBC News that he was sexually assaulted at a hotel in New York when he saw Combs to talk about a sizable sum of money he owed from his illegal work.

The man claimed that although he ran errands for Combs from 2006 to 2018, he didn’t anticipate to be victimized when he met with him in early 2020, even if they weren’t friends. However, the man inside the room claimed that when Combs gave him a drink, he began to feel extremely exhausted and drowsy two minutes later.
When he regained consciousness, he claimed that Combs was raping him and that he remembered Combs assuring him, “I’m almost done,” when he attempted to stop him.
“I’m almost done,” he said, and that’s the sentence that keeps coming back to me. Stop moving, just stop. I’m nearly done. Like, I’m nearly finished.
Giuffra told NBC News that Combs’ approach to pursuing these men was shockingly, precisely, and consistently consistent. He would knock them out by hitting them with the beverages.
The lawyer added that he would be raping them when they woke up.
The new charges are the most recent in a slew of lawsuits against Combsin that have been filed in recent months. The complainants have all withheld their names and accused him of rape and abuse in similar situations dating back to the 1990s. Since his arrest by federal investigators in September, Combs has been incarcerated on charges of participating in a multi-year plot to sexually assault and exploit women.
Among other things, prosecutors claimed that Combs exploited his business empire to force victims into complex, drug-fueled freak encounters with male prostitutes that he planned, oversaw, and documented.
Combs, 55, has entered a not guilty plea to counts of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
He is innocent of all charges, according to his attorneys. Before his criminal trial, which is set to begin in May, he has been denied bail three times.
Giuffra’s three clients are requesting a jury trial and unspecified damages from Combs and his businesses. Additionally, they are not revealing their true names.
According to Giuffra, they fear that one night, someone they know or have hired would kill them.
Daddy’s House Recordings, Inc., Sony Music Holdings Inc., Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings Inc., Bad Boy Entertainment LLC., and Bad Boy Productions Holdings, Inc. are listed as defendants in the three lawsuits in addition to Combs.

The new lawsuits identify all of the complainants as John Doe, and they all claim that the abuse occurred under similar circumstances, with Combs preying on the men by enticing them to his private residence or hotel rooms with the assistance of his associates, offering them drugged drinks, and then raping and sexually abusing them.
Another complainant claimed that after meeting Combs at a nightclub in Manhattan in 2019, Combs’ security guards enlisted him to join him and his group at the Park Hyatt hotel for a private after-party.
He claimed in the lawsuit that Combs brought him and the other visitors into a bedroom after offering him a beverage he had poured himself.
According to the court documents, the man claimed that as soon as he stepped inside the bedroom, the room began to spin and his mouth felt extremely dry.

In the third case, a man claimed that between 2020 and 2022, Combs and his colleagues committed one or more unlawful sex acts against him.
He said that one of Combs’ coworkers at Bad Boy Records had asked him to a party at Combs’ East Hampton, New York, estate in the summer of 2020.
According to the lawsuit, he started feeling sick at the party and then passed out after drinking. According to the lawsuit, Plaintiff went intermittently unconscious for the remainder of the night.
In the lawsuit, the guy claimed that Combs and his colleagues from Bad Boy Records alternately raped and sexually assaulted him.
Since his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, filed a shocking lawsuit accusing him of violence and sex trafficking during their relationship last year, Combs’ legal troubles have been getting worse.
Despite denying the charges, Combs and Ventura reached an undisclosed settlement. A few months later, CNN was able to acquire surveillance footage from a hotel that saw Combs severely assaulting Ventura in 2016. Combs later expressed regret for what he had done.
Combs has since been the target of numerous more lawsuits, including one from Dawn Richard, a former member of the girl group Danity Kane. She claimed that Combs threatened to kill her and grabbed, abused, and imprisoned her.
Combs has refuted every accusation made against him, describing them as vile accusations made by those seeking a quick payoff.
