(WNY News Now) Justin D. Kulczycki was arrested by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office on December 8 for using a motor vehicle without permission. He will be arraigned in January 2025.
After looking into a complaint that Justin D. Kulczycki, 25, had stolen a car without permission, deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office took him into custody on December 8, 2024.
The Sheriff’s Office claims that the car was stolen on December 7, 2024. Kulczycki was captured without incident after the investigation. After processing, he was given an appearance ticket for a future court date.
Kulczycki’s arraignment is set for January 8, 2025, at 5:00 PM at the Town of Machias Local Criminal Court. The accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, just like everyone else who is accused of a crime.
