The brand claims that the purpose of these patches is to tighten and brighten the area under the eyes. According to Grace & Stella, they are soaked in a serum that contains sea moss to minimize fine wrinkles, amino acids to revitalize lifeless skin, and hyaluronic acid to hydrate. They are composed of hydrogel, which has a cooling and calming effect on the skin.
