For now, Beyonc is keeping her news to herself.
Beyonc said on Instagram that she would be delaying her announcement on January 14 because of the destruction caused by the recent wildfires in parts of Los Angeles.
She added, “I still pray for the families dealing with trauma and loss to heal and rebuild.” We are extremely fortunate to have courageous first responders who never stop working to keep the people of Los Angeles safe.
Following that, Beyonc referred her admirers to her community-uplifting charity foundation, BeyGOOD.
“To directly support families who lost their homes and community organizations at the forefront of relief, the BeyGOOD LA Fire Relief Fund has donated $2.5 million,” she captioned the photo. Please lend us your support in any way you can.
“Love, B,” she signed the note.
Beyonc posted a video of herself riding on a white horse and waving the American flag on Christmas, hinting that she would be making a big announcement on January 14. The clip resembled the cover image for Cowboy Carter, her seventh studio album.
The video ended with the simple text 1.14.25 displayed in red on a blank screen.
Fans expressed their excitement in the comments section, particularly after enjoying Bey’s NFL halftime show at the Ravens-Texans game on Christmas, where she sang Cowboy Carter songs live for the first time.
What the devil is this cruel chick doing? I’ll get my money ready. On the post, an admirer left a comment.
Another person made reference to the singer’s fan base, known as the BeyHive, by posting multiple bee emojis.
Another person remarked, “Who is here waiting impatiently, refreshing continuously, anxiety out of control, excitement uncontrollable, and everything in between?”
Despite the excitement, Beyonc postponed the announcement.
At least 24 people have already been murdered and hundreds of homes have been destroyed by the California wildfires.
A Los Angeles city official called the fires “dreadful and devastating” during a press conference.
