(WNY News Now) Great Valley, NY — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office said that a FedEx delivery driver was cited for fleeing the scene of a property damage accident after his van seriously damaged a Great Valley property.
The incident happened at a house on Bonn Ridge on January 7, 2025, at around 2:29 PM. Connor P. Brogan was identified by the authorities as the driver of a 2012 Ford delivery truck.
The crash report states that Brogan’s car swerved out of the driveway, causing damage to the property’s address sign, a light post, and a lawn. After that, the driver allegedly fled the scene without informing the owner of the property or calling the police.
Following an investigation into the complaint by the Sheriff’s Office, Brogan was charged with fleeing the scene of a property damage-only (PDO) collision.
The accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, just like everyone else who is accused of a crime.
