Chevy Tahoe Strikes Guardrail in East Otto After Encountering Black Ice

(WNY News Now) On January 15, 2025, at 1:52 PM, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrived at the scene of a collision on East Otto Springville Road in East Otto.

Authorities said Dianna R. Ullman’s 2001 Chevy Tahoe ran into a patch of black ice while driving down the road. The driver lost control of the car due to the slick circumstances, and the car collided with a guide rail.

Thankfully, no charges were brought in relation to the incident, and no injuries were recorded.
