(WNY News Now)Buffalo, New York.From 6 p.m. on January 28 to 6 p.m. on January 29, Buffalo’s National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for parts of Western New York.During this period, residents are advised to be ready for dangerous travel conditions, windy conditions, and snow-covered roadways.
