Ex-NHL star Paul Bissonnette hospitalized after restaurant brawl with 7 men in Arizona

Paul Bissonnette, a former NHL player, was hospitalized following an altercation that broke out at a restaurant in Arizona over the weekend, where he was beaten by seven individuals, according to him.

In a video posted to Xon Monday, Bissonnette, a former Phoenix Coyotes player who now works as a hockey pundit and podcaster, said that the altercation started at Houston’s, a Scottsdale eatery he often visits.

On a Sunday evening, he was sitting in the dining room when he saw a small commotion taking place at the bar.

A group of inebriated golfers were involved. Clearly, things kept getting worse,” Bissonnette remarked. One of the guys kept getting in the manager’s face and touching him after they asked him to leave, and that continued for perhaps thirty to forty-five seconds. And it was evident that the manager was a little taken aback, taken aback, and bewildered.

Then, according to Bissonnette, he moved to step in.

So I went over. I simply took the man’s arm that was on him. “Sir, we’re going to have issues if you keep harassing and attacking the staff,” I remarked. Then, Bissonnette added, they simply began to laugh.

According to him, the altercation spread “extremely quickly” and he was attacked by seven individuals.

The altercation spread from the eatery to the parking lot and then to a CVS in the area.

been removed a few times. Fortunately, I was not knocked out when the CVS booted me in the skull three times. He clarified that he had visited the hospital.

He went on, “Took some, gave more.” I would like to express my gratitude to the workers for enduring it, as well as to the police, who arrived promptly and took six of the seven men into custody.

Bissonnette was transferred to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries after the Scottsdale Police Department verified that the guys had attacked him both inside and outside the restaurant.

According to police, the six guys who were taken into custody are charged with assault and disorderly conduct.

According to Bissonnette, the setting was characterized by bad guys who were excessively inebriated.

“These guys have me furious,” Bissonnette stated. Simply because they couldn’t get another cocktail and didn’t want to be told no, they acted in an inappropriate manner at a family restaurant.
