With the tagline “COWBOY CARTER TOUR 2025” and a video showing a lit-up sign with the same inscription, Beyonc revealed a new tour early on Sunday.
Beginning in Los Angeles in April, the tour will travel to Chicago, the New York region, Houston, Atlanta, Washington, London, and Paris.
General tickets go on sale on February 14 after the presale activities start on February 11.
Due to the California wildfires, Beyonc postponed her January 14 announcement. She stated that her charity, BeyGOOD, was contributing $2.5 million to help families in Altadena and Pasadena.
During the halftime show of a Houston Texans vs. Baltimore Ravens game on Christmas Day, Beyoncé began by performing songs from her album Cowboy Carter.
The performance was made accessible on Netflix as a stand-alone special, and the game was streamed there as well.
At midnight on X, Netflix posted “Look at that horse,” a reference to Cowboy Carter’s song “SWEET HONEY BUCKIIN,” along with a link to view the halftime show.
With the song playing, the final 15 seconds of the Netflix special now show flashing colors before a dark screen with the words “Cowboy Carter Tour.” When the footage was introduced, it was unclear at first.
In response to the Netflix post, Beyonc’s label, Parkwood Entertainment, wrote, “Saddle up, see y all on the road.”
Black History Month began in early February, the same month that Beyonc’s Renaissance World Tour was announced two years prior.
The new tour is expected to last about half as long as the Renaissance world tour, which included more than 50 tour dates and visited more than 20 locations in the United States.
There are 22 dates on the Cowboy Carter tour.
On Sunday night, Beyoncé won three Grammys for Cowboy Carter, including album of the year, a category in which she had lost four times.
In addition to winning prizes for best pop duo/group performance and best country album for her song II Most Wanted with Miley Cyrus, she garnered a total of 11 nominations.
Texas Hold Em, the album’s lead single, has already attained double platinum status and was nominated for both song of the year and record of the year.
Beyonc’s seventh consecutive studio album to top the Billboard Hot 200 album chart is Cowboy Carter, which was released in March. She became the first Black woman to top the country album list when it also peaked at the top of the Top Country Albums chart.
