(WNY News Now) JAMESTOWN, NY A 25-year-old male was arrested on felony DWI and narcotics possession charges following a routine traffic stop in Jamestown early Sunday morning. On February 2, 2025, at around 12:02 a.m., officers from the third platoon of the Jamestown Police Department noticed a car driving without headlights close to Foote Avenue and Harrison Street. Isiah T. Fuentes was recognized as the driver when a traffic stop was undertaken. Fuentes was arrested right away after officers found that he was operating the vehicle while inebriated. Jamestown, New York (WNY News Now).A local man was arrested on drug-related charges early Monday following a routine traffic stop on Jamestown's west side. On February 3, 2025, at around two in the morning, officers from the 3rd Platoon made the stop, according to the Jamestown Police Department. Police discovered 21-year-old Kaleb D. Dean in possession of small clear plastic bags frequently used for packaging drugs, 2.2 grams of methamphetamine, and a digital scale that may have had drug residue on it during the investigation. Georgia Man Arrested for DWI After Crash in Sherman

The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office reports that on February 2, 2025, at around 9:48 p.m., deputies arrived at the scene of a collision. It was discovered that the driver, Garrett M. Swan, 21, of Trenton, Georgia, was operating the vehicle while inebriated. Swan was charged with DWI, DWI Per Se, unsafe lane changes, and driving a car with an unsafe tire after an investigation. Dunkirk Man Arrested for DWI on Route 60 in Pomfret

(WNY News Now) After a traffic check in the Town of Pomfret, a Dunkirk man was detained early Sunday morning on many offenses, including driving under the influence. At around 2:21 a.m. on February 2, deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 60, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office. It was discovered that the driver, Julian C. Martin, 21, of Dunkirk, was operating the vehicle while drunk. Martin was charged with DWI per se, DWI, and speeding in the zone after an investigation.He was placed under arrest and will later appear in Pomfret Town Court to respond to the accusations.
