Cuhel, 34, of Falconer has been arrested by the Town of Ellicott Police Department on suspicion of trespassing and criminal contempt in the second degree. Police went to a trespassing report on January 11 and made the arrest. Authorities claim that Cuhel was discovered on a site that she had previously been told to avoid. Subsequent inquiry showed that she was not allowed to be at the premises, which is the protected party's place of employment, due to a court-issued stay-away order of protection.
