At approximately 3:01 a.m., officers attempted to stop a man, identified as 39-year-old Aaron M. Nazario, who was riding a bicycle on the sidewalk. Larson, 49, of Allegany, NY, on Birch Run Road. During the stop, deputies observed signs suggesting Larson may have been driving under the influence of drugs.
