Harkins was arrested by New York State Park Police on the morning of January 6, 2025, while conducting a traffic stop. Harkins was apprehended without incident after being wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office. Harkins was taken to deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office after being apprehended. After that, he was taken to the Town of Persia Court to be arraigned. Deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office responded to an incident on Hanford Road in the Town of Hanover on January 8, 2025, at around 11:07 PM. After conducting an investigation, investigators concluded that David A. Reynolds, 33, of South Dayton, New York, had been driving while intoxicated. Following his arrest, Reynolds was accused of both driving while intoxicated (DWI) and aggravated driving while intoxicated (DWI). Because of the degree of impairment, the charges are more serious. Benedetto, 33, of Sinclairville, New York, with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree. Benedetto is charged with stealing more than $3,000 from a local nonprofit between February and August of 2024. Benedetto voluntarily turned herself in to the police, according to the Criminal Investigation Division of the Sheriff's Office. Brooklyn, New York Deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office were called to a reported larceny in the Town of Portland on December 21, 2024. Jose Ruiz Jr., 37, of Dunkirk, was arrested as a result of the inquiry on charges of stealing someone else's property. Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree are the charges against Ruiz. Officers from the Jamestown Police Department were called to a domestic dispute at a home on the south side of the city at around 8:03 AM on January 7, 2025. Officers found that 37-year-old Tony J. Stebbins had left the area after allegedly assaulting two people.
