Jamestown, New York (WNY News Now)Officers responded four times in three hours to a Northside residence for reports of noise, disorderly conduct, and domestic disputes, leading to the arrest of three people early Wednesday morning. Officers first showed up at the scene on January 29 at 12:33 a.m. after receiving a noise complaint, according to the Jamestown Police Department. According to the City of Jamestown's code, residents Joseph B. Connolly, 20, and Margaret A. Connolly, 47, were given appearance tickets and cited for making unnecessary noise. Officers were called back to the house at around 2:13 a.m. after receiving complaints of a disturbed individual. (WNY News Now) Two people were arrested on several crimes after a loaded pistol was found during a routine traffic stop in Jamestown. New York's Jamestown At around 12:33 p.m. on January 24, 2025, Jamestown Police Department officers pulled over a vehicle at the junction of Lakeview Avenue and East 8th Street. Dustin Newbree, age 33, was found to be the driver of the car, and Monica Pacheco, age 40, was found in the front passenger seat. It was discovered that Newbree was driving the car with a revoked license during the stop. After more research, it was discovered that Pacheco and Newbree were both illegally in possession of a loaded firearm inside the car. (WNY News Now) On January 5, 2025, a 38-year-old Arcade man was taken into custody by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office at a convenience shop in Springville on a bench warrant. Brian R. Bleau, 38, of Arcade, was taken into custody by deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office at the Country Fair convenience store in Springville on January 5, 2025, at around 5:53 p.m. A bench warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office served as the basis for the arrest. After being sent to the Town of Ashford for arraignment after his detention, Bleau struck a deal and was later freed pending additional court hearings. New York's Randolph Ashley M. Waite, 36, of Randolph, New York, was taken into custody by deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office on Main Street on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at around 3:25 PM. When a check showed that Waite had an active felony bench warrant from the Cattaraugus County Criminal Court, authorities said she was arrested after an unrelated incident. New York's Jamestown Officers from the Jamestown Police Department's Third Platoon arrived at a car accident on West 3rd Street at around 12:00 a.m. on January 26, 2025. Officers found the implicated car had left the area when they arrived. The Jamestown Police K-9 Unit found the suspect car on East 2nd Street at around 1:18 in the morning and started a traffic stop. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office was called to a single-vehicle collision on Quaint Road in the Town of Poland on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at around 8:50 p.m. The driver was identified by deputies as James D. McGrath, a resident of Falconer, New York, who is 54 years old. At the scene, an investigation revealed that McGrath was driving under the influence.
