Jamestown, New York (WNY News Now)Officers responded four times in three hours to a Northside residence for reports of noise, disorderly conduct, and domestic disputes, leading to the arrest of three people early Wednesday morning. Officers first showed up at the scene on January 29 at 12:33 a.m. after receiving a noise complaint, according to the Jamestown Police Department. According to the City of Jamestown's code, residents Joseph B. Connolly, 20, and Margaret A. Connolly, 47, were given appearance tickets and cited for making unnecessary noise. Officers were called back to the house at around 2:13 a.m. after receiving complaints of a disturbed individual. (WNY News Now) Two people were arrested on several crimes after a loaded pistol was found during a routine traffic stop in Jamestown. New York's Jamestown At around 12:33 p.m. on January 24, 2025, Jamestown Police Department officers pulled over a vehicle at the junction of Lakeview Avenue and East 8th Street. Dustin Newbree, age 33, was found to be the driver of the car, and Monica Pacheco, age 40, was found in the front passenger seat. It was discovered that Newbree was driving the car with a revoked license during the stop. After more research, it was discovered that Pacheco and Newbree were both illegally in possession of a loaded firearm inside the car. Arcade Man Arrested on Bench Warrant at Springville Convenience Store

(WNY News Now) On January 5, 2025, a 38-year-old Arcade man was taken into custody by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office at a convenience shop in Springville on a bench warrant. Brian R. Bleau, 38, of Arcade, was taken into custody by deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office at the Country Fair convenience store in Springville on January 5, 2025, at around 5:53 p.m. A bench warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office served as the basis for the arrest. After being sent to the Town of Ashford for arraignment after his detention, Bleau struck a deal and was later freed pending additional court hearings. Waite, 36, of Randolph, New York, was taken into custody by deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office on Main Street on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at around 3:25 PM. (WNY News Now) After a hit-and-run incident in Jamestown early Sunday morning, a Panamanian is charged with several offenses, including driving under the influence and resisting arrest. New York's Jamestown Officers from the Jamestown Police Department's Third Platoon arrived at a car accident on West 3rd Street at around 12:00 a.m. on January 26, 2025.
