Jamestown Man Charged with Assault and Criminal Contempt in Domestic Dispute
(WNY News Now) A Jamestown man is charged with several offenses after he reportedly assaulted a victim during a domestic altercation on the south side of the city and violated a protective order.
Jamestown, New York. Following reports of a physical domestic conflict, officers from the Jamestown Police Department's Second Platoon arrived at a property on the city's south side at around 7:44 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
Officers arrived, investigated, and found that the victim had been physically injured after being struck in the face twice by 38-year-old Brian A. Lowers with a blunt object. While Lowers fled the area on foot, the victim took sanctuary in a locked bathroom.
