Butler reports that Sponeybarger was taken into custody at the Cattaraugus County Department of Social Services in Olean, New York, on January 10, 2025. Officers reportedly went to an incident at the Wegmans shop where Donner is accused of touching a female employee's private areas without her permission. To handle the charge, Donner was given an appearance ticket and is expected to show up in Town of Ellicott Court later. DUNKIRK, NY The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office was called to a single-vehicle collision on Route 5 in the Town of Dunkirk on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at around 1:58 a.m. When deputies arrived, they determined that the driver was Jerrold J.
