Livingston, 39, of the Town of Lockport on felony charges on November 22, 2024. A minor victim was involved in the incident that led to the allegations.Livingston faces one count of First Degree Rape (B-felony), one count of First Degree Criminal Sexual Act (B-felony), and one count of First Degree Sexual Abuse (D-felony).
