Olean City Court issued a bench warrant for Webber's arrest. Webber was taken to the Olean City Police Department for arraignment following his arrest. Following reports of a physical domestic conflict, officers from the Jamestown Police Department's Second Platoon arrived at a property on the city's south side at around 7:44 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Chautauqua County Sheriff's Deputies were called to a car collision with a power pole on Route 60 in the Town of Pomfret on January 3, 2025, at around 11:00 AM. Following the incident, witnesses said the driver left the site. Deputies' investigation revealed that the driver was Nicholas E. Mooney, a 31-year-old Fredonia resident. Authorities claim that Mooney was using drugs to impair his ability to operate the car (DWAI). The driver, identified as 26-year-old Christopher Cancel-Vazquez, refused to cooperate when Dunkirk police officers stopped him at Park Avenue and East 2nd Street in the City of Dunkirk. Dyer, 25, of Kiantone, was arrested by the Town of Ellicott Police Department after a domestic altercation broke out in the parking lot on December 22. At the time of the event, authorities said Dyer was in breach of a legal stay-away order of protection. Dyer was accused of second-degree criminal contempt by responding cops. Schnieder, 34, of Olean, was arrested during a routine traffic stop on Sunday night after it was discovered that he had three outstanding bench warrants from Olean City Criminal Court. Deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office pulled over a car on Route 16 in the Town of Olean at around 10:06 p.m. on December 29, 2024. Everts, 38, of Little Valley was taken into custody by Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies on December 23, 2024, at around 11:53 PM, following a terrifying series of events that started when his car crossed the center line and almost collided with another vehicle.
