Moore, 49, was taken into custody by Jamestown Police Department First Platoon officers for criminal possession of stolen property on Friday, November 22, 2024, at around 9:08 AM.Officers were on patrol at Barrett Avenue and McKinley Avenue when they spotted a man wheeling an electric bicycle that looked like the one that had been reported stolen from the south side of Jamestown two days prior.
