(WNY News Now) On December 21, a car accident on Sinclairville's Route 60 results in serious damage and a gasoline spill, forcing road closures and emergency response. Chautauqua County Sheriff's Deputies were called to a car accident on Route 60 close to Bloomer Street in Sinclairville, New York, on December 21, 2024, at around 10:15 AM. Two cars were involved in the collision: a tractor trailer driven by 49-year-old Michael Phillips of Marion and a Honda CRV driven by 22-year-old Aurora Wilson of Sinclairville. In the Village of Sinclairville, Wilson tried to turn left into Bloomer Street while she was heading south on Route 60, according to deputies.
