PA Corporate Certificates, LLC and its proprietors Brian Capobiano, Dean Marshlack, and David Marshlack are named in the action, which was submitted to the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. The company is suspected of giving a Subsistence Certificate to more than 1,000 recently registered businesses in Pennsylvania in order to collect payments. Rochester Business Owner Admits to Tax Evasion, Faces Prison Time

(WNY News Now) ROCHESTER, N.Y. U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross said today that 72-year-old Victor, New York resident Scott Reeves, owner of Fussy Contracting Inc., has entered a guilty plea to tax evasion. A $250,000 fine and a maximum term of five years in prison are associated with the charge. From 2017 until 2022, Reeves' roofing company, also called Mr. Fussy, was based on Portland Avenue in Rochester.Even though Reeves made a lot of money during this time, he neglected to submit his personal and business income tax forms. As a result, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) lost $248,394 in taxes. According to the prosecution, Fussy Contracting made $5,398,008.27 in gross receipts throughout the course of the six-year period.
