Hilton Man Sentenced to Five Years in Prison for CSAM Possession

(WNY News Now) Rochester, New York—U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross said a Hilton man who pleaded guilty to collecting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) involving prepubescent youngsters would serve five years in federal prison. Isolino S. Presutti, Jr., 38, was sentenced to 60 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa, who also mandated that he pay $42,000 in compensation to 14 victims. In March 2023, Presutti was discovered in possession of three desktop computers and two laptops that contained 5,690 CSAM photos and 28 films, according to Assistant U.S. Attorneys Nicholas M.
