The incident occurred around 7:19 p.m. when police responded to reports of a victim suffering from a laceration to his left arm.Upon arrival, officers found the victim receiving medical attention. The circumstances surrounding the stabbing are still under investigation. Authorities believe the attack took place in the 100 block of Steuben Street.The Syracuse Police Department has launched an active investigation into the incident.
