New Development Proposal Brings Apartments and Potential Trader Joe’s to Downtown Fort Mill

FORT MILL — A new proposal aims to reshape downtown Fort Mill with the addition of hundreds of apartments and potentially a highly-anticipated Trader Joe’s grocery store. This week, a developer approached Fort Mill City Council to request rezoning for more than 15 acres located at 104 Williamson Street, the site of the historic Williamson Mill.
