(WNY News Now) The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has executed two felony bench warrants, placing a 41-year-old Cattaraugus man under arrest.
NY’s CATTARAUGUS Jeffery A. Schosek, 41, was taken into custody at his home by deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office on December 29, 2024, at around 5:32 a.m. Cattaraugus County Court issued two felony bench warrants for Schosek’s arrest.
Deputies found Schosek at his residence, and the arrest proceeded without any problems. He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail after the arrest and is being kept there while additional court proceedings are conducted. The accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, just like everyone else who is accused of a crime.
