These events, which are held at the renowned Harbor Hotel Collection hotels in Celoron, Clayton, and Watkins Glen, New York, have grown to become regional winter highlights that attract both guests and media attention.
The Fire & Ice Celebrations blend an immersive experience with a sense of community. With over 40,000 pounds of hand-carved ice sculptures, martini ice luges, and elaborately decorated ice bars, each event turns the hotel’s picturesque grounds into a wintry sight.
