Jamestown Couple Indicted on Federal Drug Charges Following Gripping Investigation

(WNY News Now) After a lengthy investigation that involved drugs, guns, and a dramatic cross-state chase, a federal grand jury indicted a Jamestown couple on several drug-related offenses.

Buffalo, New York. Jensen Vazquez, 38, and Kylah Seiberg, 29, of Jamestown, New York, were charged with narcotics conspiracy, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl, and keeping a drug-involved premises, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. They might be sentenced to a minimum of 10 years in jail and a maximum of life in prison if found guilty.

The indictment is the culmination of a sequence of actions that started in August 2024 when Vazquez gave his probation officer false information regarding his residence while he was already under federal supervised release. On August 17, police received a 911 call at the Victoria Avenue location about a gunshot event in which a survivor implicated Vazquez in a purported firearm trade.

Authorities used a search warrant throughout the investigation and found large amounts of cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and paraphernalia. Seiberg’s car contained a gun that was the same caliber as the bullet used in the incident. Shortly afterward, the pair ran away to Florida and eluded authorities for weeks.

Following a heated confrontation at the Victoria Avenue home, the two were taken into custody by police on September 3. While Vazquez was discovered hiding in the attic, Seiberg first tried to flee via a second-story window but was apprehended. Additional fentanyl quantities were found during subsequent searches, including seven grams that were hidden on Seiberg’s person while he was being held.

The U.S. Probation Office, the DEA, and the Jamestown Police Department were all involved in the investigation. Authorities remind the public that all suspects are assumed innocent unless proven guilty and that an indictment is only an accusation.
