Jamestown Man Charged with Forcible Touching After Allegedly Groping Female Wegmans Employee

(WNY News Now) Following an alleged incident with a female employee at a Wegmans shop, a Jamestown man is facing charges of forceful contact and faces legal action.

Brian H. Donner, 65, of Jamestown, has been charged by the Town of Ellicott Police Department with forceful touching in relation to a harassment report that was submitted on January 7, 2025.

Officers reportedly went to an incident at the Wegmans shop where Donner is accused of touching a female employee’s private areas without her permission.

To handle the charge, Donner was given an appearance ticket and is expected to show up in Town of Ellicott Court later. The accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, just like everyone else who is accused of a crime.
