(WNY News Now) After a domestic altercation on the west side of the city, a Jamestown woman is charged with criminal mischief and tampering after she allegedly strewn trash throughout the house and seriously damaged many televisions.
New York’s Jamestown Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s Third Platoon were called to a domestic argument at a property on the west side on the evening of February 4, 2025. At around 11:51 p.m., the call was received regarding a reported incident between a 28-year-old victim and Kaitlin M. Webber, 22, of Jamestown.
Officers arrived, spoke with both parties, and carried out a comprehensive investigation. Webber was found to have seriously damaged the property, including several televisions. Webber allegedly tossed trash all over the living room and kitchen rooms in addition to damaging equipment.
Without incident, Webber was apprehended and transferred to the City Jail. She faces charges of third-degree criminal tampering and fourth-degree criminal mischief. The accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, just like everyone else who is accused of a crime.
