(WNY News Now) – In a pivotal move for the upcoming election, Congressman Nick Langworthy has officially endorsed Acting Sheriff Eric Butler to take on the role of Sheriff for Cattaraugus County.
Olean, NY – On Thursday, Oct. 24rd, Congressman Nick Langworthy offered his full and enthusiastic endorsement of Acting Sheriff Eric Butler to serve as the next Cattaraugus County Sheriff. The election for Cattaraugus Sheriff will be held on November 5th.

Congressman Nick Langworthy represents New York’s 23rd Congressional District, which includes Cattaraugus County, as well as parts of Erie, Chautauqua, Allegany, Steuben, Chemung, and Schuyler Counties. Congressman Langworthy grew up in South Dayton and Jamestown and has been a strong advocate for the Southern Tier during his tenure in the House of Representatives.
