Late-Night Collision in Syracuse: Vehicle and Coach Bus Crash Leaves One Injured

(WNY News Now) – A late-night crash in Syracuse involving a vehicle and a coach bus left one man injured, with police urging witnesses to come forward.

Syracuse, N.Y. – In the early hours of Thursday, November 7th, at approximately 1:39 a.m., Syracuse Police responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Harborside Drive and Destiny USA Drive. The incident involved a coach bus and a passenger vehicle, leaving the 69-year-old driver of the vehicle with significant injuries.

Emergency responders swiftly transported the injured man to Upstate University Hospital, where he is currently listed in stable condition with injuries to his legs and hip. The coach bus, carrying a total of 24 passengers, emerged from the collision with no reported injuries among the passengers or the driver.

The circumstances surrounding the accident remain under investigation. Syracuse Police are actively working to gather information and have called on anyone who may have witnessed the collision to reach out to the Syracuse Police Department Traffic Division at (315) 442-5130.
