Lebanon County Man Arrested for Repeated Burglary Attempts

LEBANON COUNTY Pa. — A man from Lebanon County suspected of repeated burglary attempts in the area has been apprehended by the police.

On September 13th, at around 10 a.m., authorities arrested Patrick Rapheal Thaddeus Stein while he was trying to force his way into a residence located in the 500 block of Foxchase Ln. The arrest followed reports of a potential burglary in progress.

Interestingly, this arrest occurred just one day after Stein had been taken into custody for a similar incident on the same street. On September 12th, prior to 5 p.m., police were summoned to address a trespassing complaint involving Stein from local residents on Foxchase Ln.

Officers managed to make contact with Stein and advised him, on behalf of the property owners, not to return. No criminal charges were filed at that time. However, less than 15 minutes later, around 5:15 p.m., police discovered that Stein had returned to the same location. Once again, they approached him.

Stein attempted to flee on foot but was swiftly apprehended by law enforcement. As a result of these two separate arrests, Stein is now facing multiple charges:

  • Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot
  • Defiant Trespass Actual Communication to Actor

September 13th:

  • Attempted Burglary
  • Criminal Trespass Break into Structure
  • Defiant Trespass Actual Communication to Actor
