Little Valley Man Arrested on Bench Warrant, Released Pending Court Date

(WNY News Now) Little Valley, NY On December 29, 2024, Kenneth J. Grainer, 30, of Little Valley, NY, was arrested following a routine patrol when he was seen strolling along Seventh Street. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office issued an active bench warrant for Grainer’s arrest.

Before being freed on his own recognizance, Grainer was taken right away to Little Valley Town Court for arraignment. He will address the warrant when he appears in Napoli Town Court later.

The accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, just like everyone else who is accused of a crime.
