(WNY News Now) A guy who was accused of continuous harassment during a domestic argument at a Southside business was quickly taken into custody by Jamestown Police.
Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd Platoon responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a Southside business on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at around 4:10 PM.
When authorities arrived, the victim told them that she had been harassed by Donald E. Martin, 36, on a regular basis. The woman said that despite being specifically instructed to cease, Martin had contacted her multiple times without a valid reason.
According to the inquiry, Martin was waiting for the victim to depart in the company parking lot. After finding Martin in his car, officers arrested him without causing any problems.
After being taken to the Jamestown City Jail, Martin was accused with second-degree aggravated harassment. He is still being held when he is arraigned in Jamestown City Court. The accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, just like everyone else who is accused of a crime.
