Microsoft 365 working to address potential Outlook and Teams outage

Early on Monday morning, the software company said it was looking into a problem that was affecting users of Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online. Numerous workplaces worldwide rely significantly on Microsoft 365 apps, such as Teams and Outlook.

Microsoft 365 stated in an afternoon update that it is experiencing difficulties in its attempts to resolve the problems.

Nearly 2:00 PM EST has arrived. In the Microsoft 365 comment section, someone posted, “I still can’t access Outlook.”

An further Michigan commenter said that their Outlook account had been down since approximately 10 a.m. EST.
