Nick joined the Colts as offensive coordinator after Frank Reich, the offensive coordinator for the Chargers, was chosen as the head coach in Indianapolis in 2018.

In 2021, Sirianni was hired as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles by general manager Howie Roseman and owner Jeff Lurie. Since taking over in Philadelphia, Nick has led his team to the playoffs every season and has a winning record.
