(WNY News Now) Hanover, NY When a resident of Dunkirk was seen driving recklessly on RT 5 and 20 in the Town of Hanover on Saturday night, a routine traffic complaint escalated into a DWI arrest. At at 5:46 p.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to the scene of a car swerving across the road. Officers located the vehicle, stopped it, and found the driver to be Leonela Sotoof, 39, of Dunkirk, New York.
