(WNY News Now) A domestic altercation on the city s south side led to the arrest of two individuals, exposing deplorable living conditions that endangered a child s welfare.Jamestown, N.Y. On the evening of November 17, 2024, at approximately 8:23 p.m., Jamestown police officers responded to a domestic dispute at a residence on the city s south side. Upon investigation, officers determined that 28-year-old Zachary A. Graves had engaged in a physical altercation with 37-year-old Nicole Parsons in the presence of a juvenile.Graves fled the scene before officers arrived but was located nearby, hiding behind a brick wall and attempting to conceal himself in leaves and brush.
