SpaceX launches Starship’s fourth flight of the year, splashes down booster instead of catching it

In an attempt to maintain the momentum of the construction of the enormous vehicle, SpaceX launched the sixth test flight of its Starship rocket on Tuesday. SpaceX's own Starbase facility, located close to Brownsville, Texas, is where the rocket took off. On the Starship flight, there are no passengers. After reaching space, the starship will circle the planet half a circle before reentering the atmosphere and landing in the Indian Ocean. After the rocket separated from the Starship, SpaceX intended to return the Super Heavy booster and land it on the arms of the launch tower. However, SpaceX stated on its webcast that the booster splashed down in the Gulf of Mexico because it failed to meet the commit criteria required for the catch. For the first time in fifteen years, Indian students have surpassed Chinese students as the largest group of foreign students in the United States. There are currently 331,602 Indian foreign students in the United States, up 23% from the previous academic year, while there are 277,398 Chinese international students, down 4.2%, according to new data issued by the State Department in collaboration with the Institute of foreign Education. According to records, the man who is suspected of killing three people in a gruesome stabbing spree on Monday was free on bond for other alleged crimes in New Jersey and had been freed from a New York City jail a month prior. Ramon Rivera, 51, was formally informed that he faces three charges of first-degree murder at his initial appearance before a Manhattan judge on Tuesday.
