(WNY News Now) On January 25, the Randolph woman was arrested by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office after an unrelated incident, and they found that she had an active felony bench warrant in her name.
New York’s Randolph Ashley M. Waite, 36, of Randolph, New York, was taken into custody by deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office on Main Street on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at around 3:25 PM.
When a check showed that Waite had an active felony bench warrant from the Cattaraugus County Criminal Court, authorities said she was arrested after an unrelated incident.
Waite was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail after being arrested. She will be detained until her subsequent court appearance and is not being released on bond. The accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, just like everyone else who is accused of a crime.
