(WNY News Now) – The Western New York Missing and Unidentified Persons Network will be convening on Sunday, November 10th, 2024, at 1 p.m. on 1829 Chautauqua Road to continue the search for 36-year old Joshua Vanhouten, who was last seen on Saturday, October 26th, 2024.
Gerry, N.Y. – Joshua Vanhouten, a 36-year old Gerry man, was reported missing after last being seen leaving his residence on the 1000 block of old Chautauqua Road in Gerry, N.Y. on Saturday morning, October 26th, 2024.
The Western New York Missing and Unidentified Persons Network assembled a search party on November 5th after being notified of his disappearance, but have yet to locate Joshua. They will be reconvening on Sunday, November 10th, 2024, at approximately 1 p.m. to begin canvassing another area of the woods near where he was last seen.
Any volunteers wishing to join the seach efforts can come together at 1829 Chautauqua Road at 1 p.m. to assist in the search.
Joshua Vanhouten is 5 ft. 10 in. in height and weighs approximately 160 pounds. He has hazel eyes and dirty blonde hair. He was reported to have left his residence on a black mini bike, and he was wearing grey flannel, light blue jeans, and a small black backpack.
