(WNY News Now) During a warrant execution on January 21, 2025, deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office apprehended a guy from South Dayton on several felony bench warrants.
South Dayton, New York. Joshua T. Press, 32, of South Dayton, New York, was arrested on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at around 11:15 a.m., according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies found that Press was wanted on four felony bench warrants issued by Cattaraugus County Court and arrested him at his Oak Street home.
During a targeted operation, deputies found Press and arrested him without any problems. Press was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail after being arrested, where he is being detained until his arraignment in county court. The accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, just like everyone else who is accused of a crime.
