Speeder with Revoked License Caught in Cattaraugus County

(WNY News Now) During a Little Valley traffic stop, a driver with a revoked license and a concerning record of infractions was discovered.

Deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office apprehended 30-year-old Kenneth Grainer on December 29, 2024, at around 9:57 p.m., after they saw his car driving at 82 mph in a 30 mph zone on Rock City Street in Little Valley, New York.

Grainer was found to be driving the car with a revoked license at the traffic stop, which was made worse by 14 previous scoffs on nine different occasions. He is currently facing several allegations, including speeding in violation, reckless driving, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, which is a crime.

Grainer was freed on his own recognizance after being arraigned. On January 8, 2025, he is expected to appear in court for additional procedures. The accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, just like everyone else who is accused of a crime.
