(WNY News Now) Children ages 4 to 12 may embark on winter adventures at the Audubon Community Nature Center’s Holiday Camps on December 30 and 31. Play and outdoor discovery are waiting for them.
Children can enjoy playing outside and being active during the Audubon Community Nature Center Holiday Camps.
Children aged 4 to 12 may explore the outdoors, play, climb, run, and use their senses as they learn about everything that winter has to offer on Monday and Tuesday, December 30 and 31, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Ice, wind, and cold alter the terrain and introduce new objects for exploration, play, and learning. The day’s themes are play and education.
Youngsters should pack a meal that doesn’t need to be refrigerated, water and snacks, extras of everything that might get wet, and clothing that will allow them to be comfortable in the predicted conditions.
Children who are Nature Center members pay $36 or $48 for the day. A $5 discount is applied to additional siblings. There is a cap on enrollment. For the Monday, December 30 Camp, reservations must be paid for by Thursday, December 26; for the Tuesday, December 31 Camp, reservations must be paid by Friday, December 27.
