(WNY News Now) – A 33-year-old Yorkshire man was arrested for larceny after deputies discovered him with stolen goods from a vacant mobile home at the Twin Lakes Mobile Home Park on November 12, 2024.
On November 12, 2024, at approximately 12:10 PM, deputies with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call regarding a suspicious individual at the Twin Lakes Mobile Home Park, located at 105 Pioneer Lane in Yorkshire, NY. Upon arrival, officers identified Travis J. Neamon, 33, of 101 Pioneer Lane, Yorkshire, who was found in possession of several household items.
Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that Neamon had entered an unoccupied mobile home and unlawfully took the items. As a result, Neamon was charged with Criminal Trespass in the second degree (PL 140.15) and Petit Larceny (PL 155.25).
Neamon was issued an appearance ticket and released from custody. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Yorkshire Court at a later date for arraignment. No bail was set. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
