Columbia, S.C.Jack Keegan Davis, 21, of Columbus, Ohio, is charged with coercing and enticing juveniles, producing, distributing, and possessing child pornography*, as well as cyberstalking, according to a six-count indictment returned by a federal grand jury.

According to the indictment, Davis pretended to be a juvenile and engaged with minors on social media between August 2022 and October 2024 using at least four social media platforms and 130 social media display names. Davis produced material about child sexual abuse and used those claims to encourage young victims to have sex. According to the allegations, Davis obtained that content, kept it, and shared some of it with other children, including one of his victims’ classmates. Additionally, he allegedly threatened and harassed at least one of his young victims and their families using the material. Davis continued to communicate with the juvenile and their family after the no contact order was imposed on him, despite the fact that one of the minors had acquired a restraining order.

I’m going to kill [Victim] and [Victim s] family, [Victim] ur ded, [Victim] I’m going to f***ing kill [Victim], I’m not kidding, I’m going to kill [Victim] and [Victim s] family, if [Victim] doesn’t respond, I’m going to [Victim’s] house, and I won’t stop until you’re dead, according to the allegations made against one minor and their family. Davis allegedly shared the victim s home address, said he would be there when the minor s father was out of town, promised revenge if it s the last thing I do, and wrote, lol I just want [Victim] to suffer. In several jurisdictions, including South Carolina, Davis is accused of having child victims.

Gossett in Columbia after being taken by the U.S. Marshals to South Carolina, he was given an order to be held until trial. The case will be presided over by United States District Judge Joseph F. Anderson.

Davis faces a maximum sentence of life in prison for the compulsion and enticement charge and a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in jail for the production of child pornography. In addition, Davis might be subject to a fine of up to $250,000, restitution, a $5,000 special assessment, monitoring by the U.S. Probation Office for up to life after any jail sentence, and possible sex offender registry requirements.

The case was investigated by the FBI Columbia Field Office, the Kershaw County, South Carolina Sheriff s Office, the Franklin County, Ohio Sheriff s Office, and critical assistance was provided by the U.S. Attorney s Office for the Southern District of Ohio.

The case is being prosecuted by U.S. Attorneys Ariyana N. Gore and Elliott B. Daniels.

U.S. Attorney Adair F. Boroughs stated that all charges in the indictment are merely accusations and that defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
