Bostwick is facing a serious felony warrant for his non-appearance, stemming from his trial conviction for multiple counts of Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child, as per court records.

Law enforcement authorities have marked Bostwick as a sexually violent predator, as determined by the PA Sexual Offender Assessment Board.
