PERRY COUNTY, Pa. — The Perry County Sheriff’s Office is currently in pursuit of Barry Allen Bostwick, who has evaded his sentencing scheduled for September 14, 2023.
Bostwick is facing a serious felony warrant for his non-appearance, stemming from his trial conviction for multiple counts of Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child, as per court records.
Law enforcement authorities have marked Bostwick as a sexually violent predator, as determined by the PA Sexual Offender Assessment Board.
Describing Bostwick, he is a 60-year-old Caucasian male, weighing approximately 195 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, according to official reports.
Authorities suspect that he may still be in the local vicinity, potentially camping or hiking in the Duncannon/Marysville area along the Susquehanna River or the Appalachian Trail.
